최형식 전 본부장은 “민형배 후보는 지방정치와 중앙정치를 관통하며 일관된 지역 발전 비전을 보여 온 인물”이라며 “전남·광주의 미래를 실현할 적임자라는 확신으로 함께하기로 했다”고 밝혔다.

이들은 각 지역에서 수십에서 수백 명 규모의 지지자 그룹을 직접 관리하는 핵심 실무 책임자들이다.

Choi stated, “Candidate Min Hyung-bae has consistently demonstrated a clear regional development vision through both local and central politics,” adding, “We are convinced he is the right person to realize the future of Jeonnam and Gwangju.”

The most significant aspect of this development is the collective movement of grassroots organizations in the eastern region.
Around 20 key field leaders from three major groups—Jeonnam Innovation Forum, “People Who Love Shin Jung-hoon,” and “Shin Baram”—have declared their joint participation. These individuals directly manage support networks ranging from dozens to hundreds of voters in their respective areas.
Among them, the Jeonnam Innovation Forum, launched last September by approximately 1,000 citizens in Suncheon, has functioned as a central grassroots engine for Shin’s campaign throughout the primary.
Kim Sun-il explained, “What we supported was not a person, but policies and direction. Field leaders reached a shared conclusion that Min Hyung-bae is the candidate who can most faithfully carry forward those values.”

Political observers interpret this shift not merely as a “realignment of forces,” but as a structural change in voter sentiment.
